Talk to us about your homeWhat is a grid panel, and how do the parts of the house connect?
A grid panel consists of crossing ribs, each made from a pair of boards. Placed horizontally, it forms a floor or ceiling; vertically, it forms a wall. End boards connect the panels: the side shortened by 24 cm rests on a full rib of the adjacent panel, while the longer side runs alongside it. This forms the wall-to-floor joint.
Can I move in after 1–2 weeks?
This estimate covers structural assembly for a 120 m² home. The full schedule also includes design, approvals, site preparation and the remaining work needed before moving in.
Can I customise the house?
Yes. The structural components repeat, while the layout, building form and facade are tailored to each design. Bedrooms, a home office and terrace access are planned around the structural grid and the conditions of your plot.
