Contact and enquiries
We process the information you provide in correspondence: email address, name, message and, where supplied, telephone number, build location and attachments. Please do not send sensitive information or identity documents. Providing information is voluntary, but we need contact details to reply.
We use the information to respond and prepare an offer. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for steps at your request before entering into a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interests in handling other correspondence and establishing or defending claims. Records we must retain by law are processed under Article 6(1)(c).
How do the forms work?
The contact and kit enquiry forms prepare a message in your browser. The button opens your email app. We receive the message only after you send it from your email account. You can also copy the text. The forms do not save entered data in cookies or local storage and do not automatically submit it to a form server.
Site operation and cookies
When you visit, the hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, page address, browser details and errors. This supports delivery of the website, security and troubleshooting, based on our legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
The current site does not install advertising or analytics cookies. The language and project option are determined by the page URL. Videos and 3D models are served as site assets. External registers and other websites open only when you follow their links and have their own privacy policies.
Who may receive the data?
Access may be provided to authorised people handling enquiries and to hosting, email and IT service providers, as needed to provide their services. Competent authorities or advisers handling claims may receive information where required by law. We do not sell contact information.
Hosting is provided by Vercel. Its infrastructure may process technical information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Information about transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, is available in the provider’s privacy documentation. You may also contact us for information or a copy of the applicable safeguards.
How long do we keep data?
We keep correspondence while handling the enquiry and afterwards only as needed to document arrangements, meet legal duties, or establish and defend claims within the applicable limitation periods. Technical information is retained as necessary to operate and secure the site. Retention depends on the data and the matter involved; you can email us about specific correspondence.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Data portability applies in the circumstances set out in the GDPR. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We do not make solely automated decisions or profile you in connection with enquiries through this site.
